Red Olive Creative Consulting was started in 2013 by DéLana R.A. Dameron to address the growing needs of fundraising and organizational development for small arts + culture organizations. We are a boutique consulting firm specializing in cultivating donors and supporters of arts + culture, and work with groups across the country.

We do not want to know a world without cultural and artistic institutions and commit our work to making sure they are sustainable and have a long vision into the future.

We exist to service and serve primarily arts + culture organizations who are committed to working in and with communities of color.
